These three powerhouse moves—Front Lunge into a Side Lunge, Sumo Squats, and Jump Squats—will challenge your muscles, fire up your endurance, and help you sculpt strong, defined legs.

Front Lunge into a Side Lunge


What it works:

Quads, hamstrings, glutes, inner thighs


Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.

Step forward into a deep lunge, keeping your front knee aligned with your ankle.

Push back to center and immediately step out to the side into a lateral lunge.

Return to start and repeat 12 reps per leg.


Fit Tip: Keep your chest lifted and core engaged to maintain balance.

Sumo Squats


What it works:

Inner thighs, glutes, quads, core


Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width, toes pointed outward.

Lower into a deep squat, keeping your knees aligned with your toes.

Press through your heels to return to standing.

Repeat 15 reps.


Fit Tip: Squeeze your glutes at the top for extra activation.

Jump Squats


What it works:

Quads, glutes, hamstrings, calves, core


Begin in a squat position, feet hip-width apart.

Lower into a deep squat, then explode upward, jumping as high as possible.

Land softly and immediately go into the next squat.
