Natasha Norman

Natasha has always been an active person, with a love for sports from a young age. But like many, life took an unexpected turn after college when she found herself gaining 45-50 pounds in just a year. The wake-up call came when she was diagnosed with uterine fibroids, a condition where weight gain can accelerate growth and lead to other serious health concerns. Determined to reclaim her health, Natasha adjusted her diet and increased her activity level, but the physical changes were slow to come. In 2019, she underwent a laparoscopic myomectomy, removing six fibroids. That moment became her turning point. Instead of seeing surgery as the finish line, she used it as fuel to stay committed to her fitness and running journey, vowing never to let her health slip away again.

What Fitness Means to Her

For Natasha, fitness isn’t just about looking good it’s about freedom, balance, and happiness. She believes that when she prioritizes movement and healthy eating, she feels unstoppable—mentally, physically, and emotionally. The journey isn’t about a perfect physique but feeling strong, energized, and at peace with herself.

Her Goals

Natasha follows a three-week interval training approach, aiming to work out 3-5 times a week. Her long-term goal is to make sustainable nutrition changes, like cutting out dairy—a challenge for this ice cream lover, but one she’s fully committed to in pursuit of better health.

Favorite Workouts

When it comes to fitness, Natasha thrives on cardio and HIIT workouts—anything that gets her heart pumping and gives her a post-workout energy rush. These workouts push her limits and give her the mental clarity she craves.

How She Stays Motivated

Natasha’s motivation mantra? "Do what you can, when you can." She acknowledges that fitness isn’t about perfection but consistency. Natasha embraces external support, knowing that accountability plays a key role in staying on track.

Words of Advice

Natasha’s biggest lesson? Fitness isn’t linear. There will be ups and downs, but the key is to keep going, no matter what. She encourages women to build a strong support system for accountability and to ditch the comparison mindset. Instead of measuring progress against others, she urges women to focus on their own growth, strength, and wins—big or small.
